| Summary, etc. | Cet article développe une heuristique de la construction de l’alliance thérapeutique lors de la première hospitalisation d’un patient souffrant de trouble psychotique émergeant. Le modèle de l’alliance thérapeutique multiple s’appuie à la fois sur la recherche et la clinique. Il propose de considérer la création et le maintien de l’alliance thérapeutique multiple dans quatre domaines : adolescent, parents, famille, équipes intra et extra-hospitalière, à trois étapes de la coordination des soins : le travail de création de l’ATM en consultation ambulatoire dans la phase de pré-hospitalisation, le travail sur l’ATM pendant le temps de l’hospitalisation, le travail sur l’ATM post-hospitalisation et lors de la poursuite du suivi en ambulatoire. |

The proposition of a multiple therapeutic alliance model is based on empirical researchs and clinical observation. The model describes how multiple therapeutic alliance is created and maintain in four domains: adolescent/young adult, parents, family, outpatients and inpatients psychiatrics teams. The model seeks to describe the evolution of case coordination through three steps: multiple therapeutic alliance’s creation during consultation andpre hospitalisation, working the multiple therapeutic alliance during hospitalization, and working with the post hospitalization multiple therapeutic alliance. |
