| Summary, etc. | Cet article relate l’expérience originale d’un Accueil Enfants-Parents dans un Centre Médico-Psychologique de la banlieue parisienne, accueil hebdomadaire, libre, ouvert à tous, proposé par plusieurs membres de l’équipe, qui répond à des questions d’actualité en termes de disponibilité et d’accueil et à l’intérêt de disposer d’une observation directe des enfants. Dans le contexte actuel difficile de la pédopsychiatrie publique, cet espace-temps est l’occasion de porter attention à l’accueil des familles, en facilitant l’accès au CMP et de créer des conditions inhabituelles de rencontre avec les parents ainsi qu’à leur permettre de retisser du lien social. Dans un souci de repérer les troubles chez les enfants, l’accueil enfants-parents participe à la mise en confiance des familles, à l’élaboration si nécessaire d’une demande de soin pour leur enfant et à l’éventuelle adhésion à la démarche soignante. |

| Summary, etc. | This article deals with the original experience of a Child-Parents care in a MedicoPsychological Centre in the Paris suburbs. A weekly, free reception, open to all, provided by several members of the team, answers topical issues in terms of availability and care and also brings the advantage of having a direct observation of the children. In the current difficult context of public child psychiatry, this space-time is an opportunity to pay particular attention to welcoming families, by facilitating access to the MédicoPsychological Center and creating unusual conditions for meeting parents, as well as allow them to reweave the social ties. Aiming at identifying disorders in children, the child-parents care helps build confidence with the families who can request special care for their children if necessary and it leads to their possible compliance with the caregiver process. |
