| Summary, etc. | Les psychothérapies sont le « bras armé » de la psychopathologie, c’est-à-dire ce qui structure une action pour évaluer et intervenir auprès d’une personne en souffrance. Si quatre grandes familles sont bien connues (psychanalyse, thérapie cognitive-comporte-mentale, systémie, approche humaniste et existentielle), il existe des dizaines d’autres pratiques plus confidentielles, simplement moins anciennes, ou moins étudiées. Ces psychothérapies disent quelque chose du milieu socioculturel qui les a vu naitre, en même temps qu’elles évoluent avec lui. C’est cette « structure mouvante » sur lequel nous portons un regard dans cet article. Depuis les ambiguïtés inhérentes à la nature même d’une psychothérapie, jusqu’aux modifications actuelles autour notamment de processus tel que la transe. Ces ambiguïtés et les enjeux qu’ils dessinent imposent un peu plus des modalités d’évaluation des pratiques qui ne concernent pas que les chercheurs, mais aussi tout psychothérapeute désireux de mener correctement le mandat que son patient lui confie. |

| Summary, etc. | Psychotherapies are the “armed arm” of psychopathology, that is to say what structures an action to evaluate and intervene with a person in suffering. If four large families are well known (psychoanalysis, cognitive-behavioral therapy, systemic therapy, humanistic and existential approach), there are dozens of other more confidential practices, simply less ancient, or less studied. These psychotherapies say something about the socio-cultural environment in which they were born, while at the same time evolving with it. It is this “shifting structure” that we look at in this article. From the ambiguities inherent to the very nature of psychotherapy, to the current modifications around processes such as trance. These ambiguities and the issues they raise impose a little more evaluation of the practices which do not only concern the researchers, but also any psychotherapist who wants to correctly carry out the mandate that his patient entrusts to him. |
