Summary, etc. | RésuméDans contexte de crise actuel, une alternative s’ouvre aux coopératives dans le cadre de la poursuite de leur développement : stimuler leur capacité d’innovation. La crise actuelle nécessite, aujourd’hui plus que jamais, de développer de nouveaux produits, de nouveaux contrats, voire de nouvelles coopératives pour assumer l’engagement social des coopératives envers la Communauté.Impulser des initiatives d’intrapreneuriat entraîne sans aucun doute un changement culturel important. Différentes études sur la culture innovatrice (Ulijn Weggeman, 2001) nous permettent de souligner que la participation à la gestion et aux organes institutionnels, élément consubstantiel au fonctionnement des coopératives, représente le fondement d’une culture innovatrice. L’article vise à proposer, à partir de l’étude d’un groupe de coopératives de MONDRAGON, les orientations de base nécessaires au déploiement de l’autogestion et du compromis des co-propriétaires comme le prévoit le Modèle de Gestion Corporatif. Il vise également à montrer l’adéquation de ces orientations avec les facteurs qui renforcent l’esprit d’innovation dans les coopératives. |

Summary, etc. | Challenges for innovation in the cooperatives of Mondragon for use in the crisisIn the present crisis, an alternative for the future development of cooperatives would be to activate their innovative capacity. More than ever, the present crisis requires the cooperatives to develop new products, new businesses and new forms of cooperatives in order to respond to their social commitments to the community. Development of intra-entrepreneurship initiatives implies an important culture change. Different studies on innovative cultures (Ulijn & Weggeman, 2001) enable us to glimpse that participative management and in institutional structures, which are inherent in cooperatives, is the foundation for the development of an innovative culture. The paper proposes basic guidelines (obtained from the study of a group of cooperatives of Mondragón), necessary for advancing the unfolding of self-management and the commitment of the co-owners consistent with the corporative model of management. The research also shows their agreement with the factors for developing an innovative spirit in the cooperatives. |

El momento actual de crisis requiera ahora más que nunca la necesidad de desarrollar nuevos productos, negocios, nuevas cooperativas para responder a su compromiso social para con la comunidad.Indudablemente, impulsar una iniciativa de intra-emprender conlleva un cambio cultural importante. Diferentes estudios sobre la cultura innovadora (Ulijn et Weggeman, 2001 nos permiten vislumbrar que la participación en la gestión, en el ámbito institucional, consustancial a la cooperativa son las forjadoras de una cultura innovadora. El artículo se centra en proponer las orientaciones básicas, obtenidas del estudio de un grupo de cooperativas de MONDRAGON, necesarias para avanzar en el despliegue de la autogestión y el compromiso de los copropietarios de acuerdo al Modelo de Gestión Corporativo, y mostrar su concordancia con los factores potenciadores del espíritu innovador en las cooperativas. |
