| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa mutualisation des achats hospitaliers, préconisée par les autorités de tutelle afin de générer des économies budgétaires, pose des problèmes d’opérationnalisation sur le terrain des territoires de santé. Une étude qualitative exploratoire nous a permis de mettre en évidence les facteurs de complexité liés à l’action collective entre de multiples parties prenantes et liés au nombre et à la technicité des objets au centre des processus d’achat. Cette complexité doit être prise en compte pour proposer des modèles opérationnels de mutualisation des achats. |

| Summary, etc. | Taking complexity into account in the mutualisation of hospital purchasingThe mutualisation of hospital purchasing recommended by the regulatory authorities in order to generate budget savings raises problems of operationalisation on the ground in health territories. An exploratory qualitative study allowed us to highlight the complexity factors related to collective action among multiple stakeholders and linked to the number and the technicity of the purchased items. This complexity must be taken into account to provide operational models for pooling purchases. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenLa mutualización de las compras hospitalarias, preconizada por las autoridades de reglamentación con el fin de generar economías presupuestarias, plantea problemas de implementación en el sector de la salud. Un estudio cualitativo exploratorio nos permitió destacar los factores de complejidad vinculados a la acción colectiva entre múltiples partes interesadas y vinculados al número y a la tecnicidad de los objetos en el centro de los procesos de compras. Se debe tener en cuenta esta complejidad para proponer modelos operativos de mutualización de las compras. |
