Summary, etc. | RésuméL’objectif central du présent travail est de décrire un modèle du processus de management des organisations (publiques, privées et sociales), basé sur une conceptualisation intégrale de l’organisation, entendue comme une entité sociale constituée par deux mondes (celui des « choses » et celui de l’infra-monde des « signifiés ») et de cinq dimensions (la technique, la stratégie, le social, le stucturel et l’histoire). Il s’agit aussi de présenter une méthodologie d’intervention organisationnelle destinée à l’encadrement de direction et les défis principaux pour son application concrète. Nous cherchons donc à envisager le processus de management de façon globale, intégrée, comme un problème à la fois théorique, méthodologique et pratique. |

Summary, etc. | The integral management of organizations process as a theoretical, methodological and practical problemThe main aim of this text is to describe a model of the management process of (public, private and social) organizations, based on an integral theoretical conceptualization of organization, which is to be understood as a social entity constituted by two worlds (that of “things” and the underworld of “meanings”) and five dimensions (the technical, the strategic, the social, the structural and the historic). Furthermore, the text will present a methodology for the organizational intervention for the directive alignment. Finally, it will intend to describe the main challenges for its full implementation. It is thus expected to thoroughly approach the organizations management process as a theoretical, methodological and practical problem. |

Summary, etc. | ResumenEl objetivo central del presente trabajo es, describir un modelo del proceso de dirección (“management”) de las organizaciones (públicas, privadas y sociales), con base en una conceptualización teórica integral de organización, entendiéndola como un ente social constituido por dos mundos (el de “las cosas” y el inframundo de “los significados”) y cinco dimensiones (la técnica, la estratégica, la social, la estructural y la histórica), así como presentar una metodología para la Intervención Organizacional para el Alineamiento Directivo y, finalmente, describir los principales retos para su cabal aplicación. Se pretende pues, abordar el proceso de dirección de las organizaciones integralmente, como un problema teórico, metodológico y práctico. |
