Summary, etc. | À l’heure où les graves difficultés sanitaires, économiques et politiques du monde contemporain conduisent aisément à faire un diagnostic de complexité, l’ambiguïté demeure sur la signification et la portée de ce jugement. Des propos récents d’Edgar Morin sont le prétexte à revenir sur ce qui fonde l’originalité de la pensée complexe dont il est l’ardent défenseur. La complexité ne se confond pas avec la complication. L’article défend l’idée qu’elle est l’expression de la nécessité et de la possibilité d’un dialogue ternaire, relationnel et antagoniste entretenu avec le monde. Ainsi s’affirme l’originalité du paradigme de la complexité que l’auteur de la pensée complexe appelle de ses vœux. L’enjeu en est l’éducation humaine. |

Summary, etc. | Nowadays, serious health, economic and political difficulties easily lead to a diagnosis of complexity. However, ambiguity remains on the meaning and the scope of such a diagnosis. Recent comments of Edgar Morin could be a good pretext to return to what founds the originality of the complex concept of which he is the ardent defender. Complexity should not be confused with complication. In this wake, the paper aims to defend the idea that complexity is the expression of the necessity - and the possibility too - of a ternary, relational and antagonistic dialogue maintained with the world. This asserts the originality of the complexity paradigm that the author of the related concept calls for, knowing that the main objective is human education. |
