| Summary, etc. | Dans le prolongement du premier volet du dossier « L’État des économistes », Politix a souhaité se pencher sur les transformations de la politique économique qu’a occasionnées la crise du Covid et les manières dont elles ont affecté la définition du rôle économique de l’État. Pour cette première tentative de mise en perspective, les économistes Nadine Levratto et Michaël Zemmour ont été sollicités sous forme d’entretien. Spécialiste de l’économie industrielle, Nadine Levratto analyse notamment les mesures d’aide aux entreprises mises en place durant la crise sanitaire, en les réinscrivant dans l’histoire plus longue de la politique industrielle française poursuivie depuis les années 1960. Michaël Zemmour questionne, quant à lui, à partir de ses recherches sur les politiques socio-fiscales, les dispositifs de protection de l’emploi adoptés pendant la pandémie. |

| Summary, etc. | As a continuation of the first part of this special issue, Politix wanted to look at the transformations in economic policy brought about by the Covid crisis and the ways in which they have affected the definition of the economic role of the State. For this first attempt to take a step back from current events, Politix has interviewed the economists Nadine Levratto and Michaël Zemmour. Nadine Levratto, a specialist in industrial economics, analyzes in particular the business support measures put in place during the health crisis, by reinscribing them in the longer history of French industrial policy since the 1960s. Michael Zemmour questions the employment protection measures adopted during the pandemic, based on his research on socio-fiscal policies. |
