| Summary, etc. | Notre enquête qualitative relative aux jeunes porteurs de projet dans les quartiers dits « sensibles » a mis en exergue le rôle du tiers-accompagnant comme facilitateur de l’expression et de la réalisation du projet du jeune. La question posée est : peut-on apprendre à être entrepreneur. La réponse à cette question est contenue dans les qualités requises du tiers-accompagnant. Il est un repère structurant et un guide, il est un révélateur de potentiel, il facilite l’agir entrepreneurial. Pour développer la culture entrepreneuriale chez le jeune porteur de projet, le tiers-accompagnant favorise la confiance et l’estime de soi. Il facilite la création d’un réseau qui attribue une valeur au projet. C’est le réseau qui porte le projet et qui définit sa qualité intrinsèque. Les limites de notre recherche s’inscrivent dans l’absence de comparaison et d’étude longitudinale de jeunes porteurs de projet faisant l’objet d’un accompagnement entrepreneurial résidant dans un quartier dit « non sensible ». |

| Summary, etc. | Our qualitative survey of young people with projects in so-called "sensitive" neighbourhoods highlighted the role of the third party facilitator in the expression and realisation of the young person's project. The question asked is: can we learn to be entrepreneurs? The answer to this question is contained in the qualities required of the third party facilitator. He is a structuring marker and a guide, he reveals potential and facilitates entrepreneurial action. To develop the entrepreneurial culture in the young project leader, the third party facilitates self-confidence and self-esteem. He or she facilitates the creation of a network that gives value to the project. It is the network that supports the project and defines its intrinsic quality. The limitations of our research lie in the absence of a comparison and longitudinal study of young project holders who are the subject of entrepreneurial support and who live in a so-called 'non-sensitive' neighbourhood. |
