| Summary, etc. | La littérature sur les partenariats institutionnels et sur les partenariats interuniversitaires en particulier, nous indique que la réussite n’est pas systématiquement au rendez-vous. L’objectif de cet article est donc de mettre en évidence les facteurs clés de développement et de réussite de ces types de partenariats en mobilisant la métaphore du couple au titre d’illustration et en prenant le cas de l’IAE de l’université de Poitiers. Les résultats ont montré que pour réussir, une collaboration interuniversitaire ne doit pas seulement être de nature contractuelle, mais doit impérativement intégrer des aspects plus interpersonnels. Il faut également que la confiance et le partage y règnent. Enfin, il est nécessaire pour les parties concernées d’avoir une aptitude à accepter l’évolution et à y faire face. Les résultats ont aussi montré que la création d’un écosystème de connaissance, de recherche, de formation est un élément indispensable au développement des partenariats. |

| Summary, etc. | The literature on institutional partnerships, and inter-university partnerships in particular, tells us that success is not always forthcoming. The aim of this article is therefore to highlight the key factors in the development and success of these types of partnerships, using the metaphor of a couple as an illustration and taking the case of the Institut d'Administration des Entreprises de Poitiers (IAE), the Business School of the University of Poitiers. The results showed that to be successful, inter-university collaboration must not only be contractual in nature, but must also include more interpersonal aspects. It also needs to be based on trust and sharing. Finally, the parties involved need to be able to accept and cope with change. The results also show that the creation of an ecosystem of knowledge, research, and training is an essential element in the development of partnerships. |
