| Summary, etc. | L’innovation digitale impacte durablement le secteur de l’immobilier depuis le début du XXIe siècle, et ceci sur toutes ses parties prenantes : professionnels, institutionnels, étudiants, enseignants-chercheurs etc. Partant de ce constat, cet article vise à démontrer comment la Chaire EREM (European Real Estate management) de l’Université de Lorraine, à travers ses acteurs et ses productions, peut activement accompagner le dit phénomène de digitalisation. Pour ce faire, une thèse de doctorat en cours en son sein et portant sur ces sujets servira de colonne vertébrale à la démonstration. Ainsi, la Chaire EREM en tant qu’entreprise académique étendue, peut se définir comme un lieu d’échanges au centre de l’écosystème du modèle de recherche-intervention considéré : par son action et à travers son réseau, elle favorise le lien entre la logique académique (production scientifique) et la logique d’action (transfert et valorisation). La digitalisation est à la fois objet et vecteur de l’innovation. C’est un accélérateur de la diffusion de compétences nouvelles et actionnables par les acteurs de terrain. |

| Summary, etc. | Digital innovation has had a lasting impact on the real estate sector since the beginning of the twenty-first century for all its stakeholders: professionals, institutions, students, teacher-researchers, etc. Based on this observation, this article aims to demonstrate how the EREM Chair (European Real Estate Management) of the Université de Lorraine, through its actors and productions, can actively support the so-called digitalization phenomenon. To do this, a doctoral thesis that is currently underway on these topics will serve as the backbone of the demonstration. Thus, the EREM Chair, as an extended academic enterprise, can be defined as a place of exchange at the center of the ecosystem of the research-intervention model considered: through its action and through its network, it promotes the link between academic logic (scientific production) and action logic (transfer and valorization). Digitalization is both an object and a vector of innovation. It is an accelerator of the dissemination of new and actionable skills by actors in the field. |
