| Summary, etc. | Nos organisations connaissent de perpétuelles mutations, depuis de nombreuses décennies. De fait, nos hôpitaux ont dû rechercher des moyens de plus en plus efficaces, pour répondre aux exigences de plus en plus précises des tutelles, pour une meilleure efficience dans la réalisation des soins. C’est ainsi que des solutions, initialement issues du monde industriel, sont venues parfaire nos outils de Qualité et de Gestion et ce, pour répondre d’une manière encore plus efficace et précise aux besoins d’une population de patients sur un territoire géographique de plus en plus étendu. La gestion par processus est apparue comme étant une réponse à la prise en charge de pathologies de plus en plus complexes et multiples dans des hôpitaux de plus en plus à la pointe de la recherche scientifique. C’est dans un contexte de réorganisation et de regroupement hospitalier, que nous avons voulu étudier comment la gestion par processus peut, dans certains cas, aider le manager à faire accepter le changement à ses équipes. |

| Summary, etc. | Our organizations have been undergoing constant change for many decades. In fact, our hospitals have had to look for more and more effective ways to meet the increasingly precise requirements of the guardians, for greater efficiency in the provision of care. This is why solutions, originally from the industrial world, have been added to our Quality and Management tools in order to meet the needs of a patient population in an ever-expanding geographical area even more effectively and accurately. Process management has emerged as a response to the management of increasingly complex and multiple pathologies in hospitals that are increasingly at the forefront of scientific research. It was in a context of reorganization and hospital consolidation that we wanted to explore how process management can, in some cases, help the manager to get his teams to accept the change. |
