| Summary, etc. | La diversité professionnelle est au cœur de nos organisations. Aujourd’hui, face, à la complexité du monde qui nous entoure, l’intelligence collective peut être une des réponses : réfléchir ensemble, partager des connaissances, construire une vision partagée pour proposer une décision collective. Le dispositif PasseR’aile, nouvel établissement de l’Association Lorraine d’Aide aux Personnes Gravement Handicapées (ALAGH), par ses missions spécifiques, son côté novateur et la complexité des situations rencontrées, a choisi d’embaucher une diversité de professionnels, d’un côté « des experts », de l’autre des professionnels du quotidien, et ce afin de répondre au mieux aux missions qui lui ont été confiées. Ma recherche a tenté de comprendre si la diversité était un atout ou un frein au service de l’intelligence collective. L’étude menée montre que la diversité professionnelle est un atout indéniable pour tous, par sa richesse dans les échanges notamment et par la construction d’une vision partagée. Cependant, l’étude met en avant également des freins sur la dimension relationnelle principalement. Cette note de recherche proposera, en dernière partie, des préconisations en lien avec les éléments conceptuels et l’analyse réalisée. |

| Summary, etc. | Professional diversity is at the heart of our organizations. Today, faced with the complexity of the world around us, collective intelligence can be one of the answers: thinking together, sharing knowledge, building a shared vision to propose a collective decision. PasseR'aile, ALAGH's new establishment, because of its specific missions, its innovative side and the complexity of the situations encountered, has chosen to hire a diversity of professionals, on the one hand "experts", and on the other hand everyday professionals, in order to best respond to the missions entrusted to it. My research tried to understand whether diversity was an asset or a hindrance to collective intelligence. The study shows that professional diversity is an undeniable asset for everyone, particularly through its richness in exchanges and the construction of a shared vision. However, the study also points out that it also hinders the relational dimension mainly. This research note will propose, in the last part, recommendations in relation to the conceptual elements and the analysis carried out. |
