| Summary, etc. | Dans une société du savoir, la gestion de l’information est devenue source de performances et d’innovations permettant d’accroître l’avantage concurrentiel des entreprises. D’abord mobilisées par les industries de pointe, les technologies de gestion des données abondent désormais dans tous les secteurs. Les bailleurs sociaux n’échappent pas à cette nécessité d’optimiser la gestion des informations relativement aux données patrimoniales. Dans le cas de figure qui nous préoccupe, Val Touraine Habitat, la stratégie en matière de gestion des données patrimoniales, est sérieusement questionnée, avec en perspective la mise en place d’un BIM ( Building Information Modelling), comme le gage d’une optimisation de la performance, de la productivité et du service rendu à l’ensemble des clients. Le mémoire va traiter de l’opportunité de transposer chez les bailleurs sociaux, la stratégie de gestion des données développée par les industries, à des fins d’optimisation de leur performance. À cette fin, seront successivement abordées la présentation de Val Touraine Habitat, la déclinaison du cadre théorique et méthodologique ainsi que du positionnement épistémologique, puis l’optimisation de la gestion des données dans une perspective d’amélioration de la performance. |

| Summary, etc. | In a knowledge society, information management has become a source of performance and innovation that can increase the competitive advantage of companies. Initially only used by high-tech industries, data management technologies now abound in all sectors. Social landlords are no exception to this need to optimize the management of information relating to real estate data. In this study, Val Touraine Habitat's strategy for managing real estate data is seriously questioned, in light of their ambition to set up a BIM (Building Information Modeling) as a guarantee of the optimization of performance, productivity, and the service provided to all customers. This study will explore the opportunity of transposing the data management strategy developed by industries to social landlords, for the purpose of optimizing their performance. To this end, we will introduce Val Touraine Habitat, present our theoretical and methodological framework and epistemological positioning, and then discuss the optimization of data management with a view to improving performance. |
