Summary, etc. |
520 ## - SUMMARY, ETC. | |
Summary, etc. | The aging of the population is no longer a new phenomenon, leading public authorities to devote thought and funding to it. A new issue is now emerging: aging well. When we question the elderly, their main wish is to remain at home with the appropriate support. Numerous health and social services are deployed, but how can they be harmonized in the face of their multiplicity? This research work is interested in gerontological coordination and the levers that enable the objectives of aging well at home to be achieved, through the study of the relationships between the actors in gerontological action. The literature offers us a reading grid through the approach of the theory of conventions; conventions described as “cultural forms established collectively allowing coordination” (Diaz-Bone and Thévenot). We enrich our research by verifying the contributions of territorial diagnosis, a key element allowing the construction of a consensus and a tool for territorial management. If our results demonstrate the importance of these elements, they show a need to go back to basics: to know each other and the extent of each other’s potential and limits, coupled with the sharing of clearly established objectives. |
