| Summary, etc. | The present study examines the place of funerals in the management of mourning for Guèrè women in Ivory Cost who had relatives killed during the post-election crisis of 2010-2011. It’s based on the hypothesis that funerals exert a significant influence on mourning in Guéré women who have been bereaved in the Cavally and Guémon regions. The approach used is qualitative and the data collection was done through a questionnaire and a semi-directive interview administered to a sample of 50 Guéré women who were bereaved during the post-election crisis. The data collected, processed by the Pearsons chi-squared test, and the results obtained show that the mourning was done in the Guéré women who had organized rimerais for their parents killed during the post-election crisis, relatives when the situation was relatively normalized while among their counterparts who did not organized them, continued in mourning. |

| Summary, etc. | La présente étude examine la place des funérailles dans la gestion du deuil chez les femmes Guèrè de Côte d’Ivoire ayant eu des proches tués durant la crise postélectorale de 2010-2011. Elle se fonde sur l’hypothèse selon laquelle les funérailles exercent une influence significative sur le deuil chez les femmes Guèrè des régions du Cavally et du Gućmon. L’approche utilisée est qualitative et le recueil des données a ċrć fait au moyen d un questionnaire et d’un entretien semi-directif administrés à un échantillon de 50 femmes Guère endeuillées durant la crise postélectorale. Les données recueillies, traitées par le khi carré de Pearson, et les résultats obtenus indiquent que le deuil était fait chez les femmes Guère qui avaient organisé des funérailles pour leurs proches tués pendant la crise postélectorale, lorsque la situation s’était relativement normalisée, tandis que leurs homologues qui n’en avaient pas organisé, perduraient dans leur deuil. |
