Elle se traduit par la consommation de produits toxiques (tabac, alcool, drogue…), les actes délictueux, ou les comportements sexuels à risque. Cette étude cherche à établir le lien psychopathologique entre une conduite addictive et le VIH/Sida chez. I adolescent gabonais. Le travail rapporte l’analyse du discours d’im jeune toxicomane séropositif gabonais. Il fait apparaître une transgression sociale qui produit une souffrance psychique. La réalité de l’infection crée chez le sujet toxicomane un dysfonctionnement psychique marqué par : une rupture avec le plaisir, le sentiment de non existence, de vide intérieur, l’angoisse de perte. Le VIH conduit à une sorte d’auto-castration. |
