| Summary, etc. | La réhabilitation psychosociale a pour objectif la réussite des projets et le rétablissement des personnes ayant des troubles psychiques sévères, en renforçant leurs capacités. Accéder au rétablissement personnel implique une connaissance de ses propres capacités et limites, l’acceptation de ses difficultés, ainsi qu’un vécu personnel de satisfaction et d’intégration dans l’environnement. Le choix des modalités de la réhabilitation découle de ces besoins et repose sur évaluation préalable, dont les résultats peuvent conduire à des propositions thérapeutiques destinées, en particulier, à réduire les conséquences fonctionnelles des troubles de l’insight, des troubles des interactions sociales et des troubles cognitifs. Cet article décrit les outils thérapeutiques et l’organisation des structures sanitaires de réhabilitation psychosociale qui les dispensent, dont la pertinence et l’efficacité découlent d’une action étroitement articulée avec celles des dispositifs médicosociaux et sociaux. |

| Summary, etc. | Psychiatric rehabilitation techniques and structures in FrancePsychiatric rehabilitation, which reinforces capacities of people with severe mental illnesses, aims at promoting their recovery. To know their abilities and limitations, to appropriate their troubles, to access to a sufficient level of personal satisfaction and social integration in society are prerequisites for recovery. The first step of psychiatric rehabilitation is a comprehensive evaluation. Psychiatric rehabilitation techniques are chosen by the patient in collaboration with the professionals, taking into account the results of the evaluation and his/her own projects and needs. Rehabilitation techniques target : insight troubles with personal and family psychoeducation and CBT ; social interaction with social skills training and social opening groups ; and finally cognitive deficits with cognitive remediation. The current generalization of psychosocial rehabilitation referral centers throughout French territories offer care quality and accessibility. |
