| Summary, etc. | À la faveur d’un séjour d’observation en pédopsychiatrie en qualité de philosophe, l’auteur interroge les modes d’intervention possibles pour l’infirmier qui soignent les jeunes patients hospitalisés. En particulier, c’est la notion de « ruse thérapeutique » qui est interrogée dans la perspective d’une phénoménologie clinique afin d’en tirer un outil du soin infirmier. Dans le prolongement des récentes interprétations de l’ Esquisse d’une théorie des émotions de Sartre, il s’agit d’envisager comment le registre des « émotions fausses » ouvre un espace d’intervention déontologiquement viable au sein de l’intersubjectivité à laquelle se rapporte la relation de l’infirmier en santé mentale à son patient. L’enjeu est ainsi de concevoir un contrepoint à la notion d’alliance thérapeutique et de mettre en exergue l’usage thérapeutique de soi comme composante cruciale des soins infirmiers tout en lui rendant une certaine marge de manœuvre. |

| Summary, etc. | Emotions and therapeutic cunning: A phenomenological account on nursery craft in child psychiatryProceeding from an observation stay as a philosopher in child psychiatry, this article investigates the different ways of intervention for the nurse who cares at young patient at the hospital. In peculiar, we underline the notion of “therapeutic cunning” which is emphasized through a clinical phenomenology account in this aim to take out a tool in nursery craft. Following the recent readings of Sartre’s Sketch of a theory of emotions, we interpret the class of “fake emotions” as it opens a modality of action in the chore of intersubjectivity. After proving its deontological viability, we expect offer a counterpoint to the notion of “therapeutic alliance” and we highlight the therapeutical use of oneself which is crucial in mental health by giving wiggle room to the nurse. |
