| Summary, etc. | L’innovation organisationnelle et les technologies de l’information sont au cœur de l’évolution des organisations. Si les technologies de l’information font évoluer les processus d’innovation, l’innovation, en retour produit de nouvelles technologies et des combinaisons apparaissent qui font évoluer à leur tour les processus d’innovation. L’innovation transforme le modèle de production et la structure de l’organisation par l’adoption d’outils collaboratifs et d’un nouveau paradigme reliant l’utilisateur et le producteur. L’amélioration des relations de travail qui en découle, l’investissement dans les connaissances et le développement du capital humain qui lui sont nécessaires, et en particulier dans les profils-clés maîtrisant les nouvelles technologies, sont des facteurs de succès de cette démarche. Cet article se propose de faire le tour et de dessiner le contour des concepts et des pratiques liés à l’innovation organisationnelle en détaillant les nouvelles technologies de l’information qu’elle mobilise, et d’examiner les liens existant entre l’innovation organisationnelle et les technologies ainsi que les aspects liés à la gestion de projet et à la conduite du changement. |

Project and change managementOrganizational innovation and information technologies are central topics concerning organizations evolutions. But if the massive usage of information technologies is a great help for organizations to improve, the innovation process generates in its turn new technologies which will improve this process. Both the production system and the organization structure are transformed by collaborative tools adoption with a new paradigm lying on a reinforced link between the user and the producer. This paper reviews concepts and practices involved in the organization innovation process with a focus on the information technologies involved, considering also several concerns about the change management process which new technologies or new paradigm adoption involves. |
