| Summary, etc. | Anticiper l’innovation conduit à mettre en scène son rapport à l’action, alors que les changements de règles associées à l’innovation transforment les capacités d’action des parties prenantes. Par l’introduction d’un changement, la scénarisation de l’innovation met en perspective ce que font les parties prenantes et ce qu’elles ne font pas (règle de l’action), les systèmes de normes et de valeurs (règle institutionnelle), les systèmes d’organisation (règle des opérations). Interagissant dans une même action, ces trois regards invitent à examiner le caractère soutenable des actes innovants, les transgressions et disruptions associées à l’innovation, les capacités et les incapacités à agir. Au-delà des changements de paradigmes, la scénarisation de l’innovation met le scénario en mouvement pour en évaluer la durabilité, l’éphéméréité et les ramifications. Le scénario apparaît alors comme un symbole de l’innovation. |

| Summary, etc. | Anticipation, innovation and scenario design: issues, implementation, prospectsThe anticipation of innovation processes stresses the interactions between innovation and action, as rule shifts that are associated with innovations transform stakeholders’ capacities to act. Through the introduction of change, scenarizing innovation highlights what stakeholders do and what they do not do (action rule), and questions norm and value systems (institutional rule), as well as organizing systems (operation rule). Interacting in action, these three viewpoints suggest to discuss the sustainability of novel acts, transgressions and disruptions through innovation, as well as capacities and incapacities to act. Beyond paradigm shifts, scenarizing innovation sets a scenario in motion to assess its durability, its ephemerality, and its branching perspectives. As a result scenarios serve as symbols of innovations. |
