| Summary, etc. | Les ambitions de la médecine narrative s’expriment à deux niveaux : la disponibilité intime des praticiens à l’accueil du récit des personnes malades, et la formation narratologique des étudiants permettant l’utilisation de ces récits pour une meilleure prise en soins. En dépit de ces objectifs de nombreuses réserves surgissent. Celui dont l’expérience demande à être partagée, que Ricœur nomme « l’être-à-dire », est en effet menacé d’effacement en même temps que son récit est objectifié par l’outil narratologique. Ce double risque mérite d’être identifié et analysé, à la lumière des pensées philosophiques convoquées par la médecine narrative elle-même. |

| Summary, etc. | The ambitions of narrative medicine are clearly expressed at two levels : the intimate availability of the practitioner to receive the sick persons’s stories and the narratological training of the students allowing the use of these stories for better care. Despite these laudable intentions, many reservations arise. The one whose experience needs to be shared, who Ricœur calls “l’être-à-dire”, is indeed threatened with effacement at the same time as its narration is objectified by the narratologic tool. This risks requires to be identified and analysed, in the light of the philosophical frameworks invoked by narrative medicine itself. |
