| Summary, etc. | RésuméCet article a pour objectif de questionner l’identité politique d’une région française : le Languedoc-Roussillon. Il revient sur un temps relativement long de consultations afin de voir en quoi il est difficile d’expliciter un comportement politique languedocien, tant celui-ci peut varier d’un espace à l’autre, d’une consultation à l’autre. L’incertitude qui frappe une identité politique languedocienne ne conduit cependant pas à considérer comme vaine toute tentative d’inscrire quelque régularité au sein même de ce cadre territorial. Plusieurs perspectives, utilisées tour à tour, viendront au contraire territorialiser l’analyse, en tenant compte des résultats d’élections s’étant déroulées entre 1988 et 2008. Elle expliquent en quoi le Languedoc-Roussillon connaît une évolution qui se distingue des tendances nationales. |

| Summary, etc. | This article aims to question the political identity of a French region: Languedoc-Roussillon. It deals with twenty years of elections to see how it is difficult to identify one political behavior Languedoc, as it can vary from one area to another, from one election to the other. The uncertainty afflicting a languedocian political identity does not lead to consider as futile any attempt to include some regularity within the territorial landscape. Three analytical perspectives, taking into account the results of elections having taken place between 1988 and 2008, will give their own answer to the question. They explain how Languedoc-Roussillon political behavior differs from national trends. |
