| Summary, etc. | L’article propose de considérer que, dans le cas de la Grèce, la formule choisie pour faire face à la crise repose sur un diagnostic faux pour ce qui est de la cause et du malade. Moins que la société ou l’économie grecque, le malade est l’État. Le surendettement public n’est pas directement lié au niveau de vie de la société : c’est simplement un indice significatif de la corruption et de l’appropriation de l’État par la classe politique. La crise de la dette résulte exclusivement du refus général des gouvernements grecs de prendre des mesures élémentaires de réforme de l’État. Et la gestion de la crise, marquée par les infléchissements par rapport aux prévisions des mémorandums, va de pair avec l’obstination du personnel politique à conserver intacts les piliers de la partitocratie. Le système politique a perdu toute légitimité et se trouve en rivalité continuelle avec la société des citoyens. L’article propose, en conclusion, des pistes de réforme radicale de celui-ci. |

| Summary, etc. | The article proposes to consider that, in the case of Greece, the formula to cope with the crisis is based on a false diagnosis regarding the cause and the patient. Far from being Greek society or economy, the patient is the state. The public debt is not directly related to the level of society: it is simply a significant evidence of corruption and appropriation of the state by the political class. The debt crisis results exclusively from general refusal of Greek governments to take basic measures to reform the state. And the management of the crisis, marked by shifts from the memoranda forecasts, goes with the obstinacy of politicians to keep intact the pillars of partitocracy. The political system has lost all legitimacy and is in constant rivalry with the society of citizens. The article provides, to conclude, radical paths of reform. |
