| Summary, etc. | « une histoire sans commencement ». analyse d’une petite fille de 7 ans présentant des problèmes de temporalité Dans ce texte, j’exposerai un matériel clinique concernant l’évolution de la première phase de l’analyse d’une petite fille qui présente des problèmes de temporalité entraînant un mauvais fonctionnement du moi et du processus d’identification. Des vécus traumatiques et des défenses fragiles font que cette petite fille se sent paralysée dans le temps, ce qui rend difficile les processus de symbolisation et de constitution d’un moi capable d’organiser sa temporalité historique. Soutenus par les références spatio-temporelles du cadre, le travail analytique et la relation transférentielle ont permis à Cristina de transformer son expérience du vécu traumatique, fragmenté et sans connexions, en une construction historique. Elle a pu ainsi continuer ses processus d’identification. Certaines somatisations – avant et pendant le traitement – ont contribué à l’échec de l’organisation défensive de Cristina, en agissant à certains moments de façon régressive et à d’autres de façon progressive, vers l’élaboration psychique. |

| Summary, etc. | A story without a beginning. the analysis of a seven-year-old girl presenting problems of temporality In this text, I will expose clinical material concerning the evolution during the first phase of analysis of a young girl presenting problems of temporality which provoke the faulty functioning of the Ego and of the indentification process. Past traumatic experiences and fragile defense mechanisms have caused this young girl to feel trapped in time, and the constitution of an Ego which is capable of organizing her historic temporality and symbolization processes is rendered more difficult. The spatio-temporal references of the framework provided a support system for the analytic work and the transferential relationship and made it possible for Cristina to transform her fragmented and disconnected experience of traumatic events into a historic construction. She was thus able to continue with her identification processes. Some somatic manifestations – before and during treatment – contributed to the failure of Cristina’s defensive organisation, by acting at certain moments in a regressive way and at other moments in a progressive way toward psychic elaboration. |

| Summary, etc. | « Una historia sin principio ». aná lisis de una niña de siete años que presentaba problemas en la temporalidad La autora presenta material clínico sobre la evolución de una primera fase del aná lisis de una niña y entiende que los problemas en la temporalidad, en este caso, revelan un importante fallo en el funcionamiento del Yo y del proceso identificatorio. Las vivencias traumá ticas y las frá giles defensas situaban a la niña paralizada en el tiempo, obstaculizando los procesos de simbolización y de constitución de un Yo capaz de organizar su temporalidad histórica. El trabajo analítico y la relación transferencial, sostenidos por las referencias espacio-temporales del encuadre, permitieron que Cristina transformara su experiencia vivencial traumá tica, fragmentada e inconexa, en una construcción histórica, pudiendo seguir su proceso identificatorio. La presencia de somatizaciones – antes y durante el tratamiento – ha formado parte del fracaso de la organización defensiva de Cristina, funcionando de forma regresiva, en algunos momentos, y progresiva en otros, en el camino de la elaboración psíquica. |
