| Summary, etc. | L’hospitalisation parents/adolescent La séparation du milieu familial est souvent prescrite à l’entrée des hospitalisations d’adolescents, entre autres pour permettre un engagement dans les soins qui soit différencié d’une décision parentale et pour détendre le conflit pathogène entre dépendance et processus de séparation/individuation. Il arrive pourtant des situations cliniques où cette séparation à visée thérapeutique s’avère inopérante et même apparemment pathogène. Deux observations d’adolescents sont présentées. Leur prise en charge fut innovante en ceci qu’à l’opposé de la séparation qui accompagne habituellement les hospitalisations, celle-ci a consisté à demander une présence maximale des parents auprès du patient durant la première partie de l’hospitalisation. Nous apportons quelques arguments théoriques, mais aussi pratiques, à ce cadre de soins, et en détaillons le dispositif technique. |

| Summary, etc. | Parent/adolescent hospitalizations Separation from the family milieu is often prescribed at the beginning of adolescent hospitalizations, among other things, so as to allow a personal commitment to the therapy which can be differentiated from a parental decision and so as to lessen the pathogenic conflict between dependence and the process of separation-individuation. There exist, however, clinical situations where this separation with a therapeutic aim proves to be inefficient and even apparently pathogenic. Two observations of adolescents are presented here. Their therapy was innovative in that, instead of the usual separation which accompanies hospitalizations, this therapy consisted of demanding a maximal presence of the parents during the first part of the hospitalization. We offer several theoretical but also practical arguments concerning this care framework and describe the technical system in detail. |

| Summary, etc. | Hospitalización padres/adolescente La separación del medio familiar se prescribe a menudo en el momento del ingreso de adolescentes para permitir entre otras cosas un compromiso con los cuidados distintos de una decisión de los padres y para aliviar el conflicto patógeno entre dependencia y procesos de separación-individuación. Sin embargo hay situaciones clínicas en las que esta separación terapéutica es inoperante e incluso patógena. Se presentan dos observaciones de adolescentes. Su ingreso comporta una innovación en el sentido que al contrario de la separación que acompaña habitualmente a las hospitalizaciones, se pidió la má xima presencia de los padres cerca del paciente durante la primera parte de la hospitalización. Aportamos varios argumentos teóricos y también prá cticos para este tipo de encuadre, pormenorizando el dispositivo técnico. |
