| Summary, etc. | INTÉRÊTS DE LA NOTION DE “ THÉORIE DE L’ESPRIT ” POUR LA PSYCHOPATHOLOGIE La notion de théorie de l’esprit a connu une évolution et transformation parallèle à la prise en compte progressive des processus intersubjectifs et relationnels par les sciences et neurosciences cognitives. L’approche modulariste initiale a laissé place à une physiopathologie de l’empathie et de la négempathie. Nous discutons de l’intérêt de ce courant de recherche pour la psychopathologie, notamment pour la compréhension de la clinique des psychoses, et plus largement de la nature des mécanismes de la représentation de soi et d’autrui. |

| Summary, etc. | USEFULNESS OF THE NOTION “ THEORY OF MIND ” FOR PSYCHOPATHOLOGY The notion “ theory of mind ” has witnessed an evolution and transformation as a function of the progressive acknowlegement of intersubjective and relational processes in cognitive neuroscience. The initial modularist approach has been replaced by the physiopathology of empathy and of negempathy. We will discuss the implications of this new direction of research for psychopathology, in particular for the clinical understanding of psychoses and more globally, of the nature of mechanisms of representation of the self and of others. |

| Summary, etc. | INTERÉS DE LA NOCIÓN DE “ TEORÍA DE LA MENTE ” EN PSICOPATOLOGÍA La noción de teoría de la mente ha conocido una evolución y una transformación paralela al interés progresivo por los prcesos inter-subjetivos y relacionales por parte de las ciencias y neurociencias cognoscitivas. El abordaje modularista inicial ha sido remplazado por una fisiopatología de la empatía y de la negempatía. Nuestra discusión se refiere al interés de esta corriente de investigación para la psicopatología, especialmente para la comprensión de la clínica de las psicosis y má s ampliamente, de los mecanismos de la representación de si mismo y del otro. |
