| Summary, etc. | Les attaques récentes des États démocratiques contre la psychanalyse visent la liberté de parler. La psychanalyse a pris toute sa portée d’avoir construit un public, en cela elle est un produit de la culture. Pour le collectif l’insu se lit, pour la psychanalyse cet insu se dit. L’auteur choisit de situer la démocratie et le lien social, qui permet de partager ce qui ne peut se dire pour tous (l’universel), dans l’hétérogénéité entre le collectif et la liberté de parole de chacun, ce dont l'inconscient témoigne. |

The author chooses to locate democracy and the social bond, which allow sharing what cannot be said for all (the universal), within the heterogeneity between the collective and freedom of speech for each, that which is evidenced by the unconscious. |

| Summary, etc. | Los ataques recientes de los estados democráticos contra el psicoanálisis apuntan a la libertad de hablar. El psicoanálisis ha tomado su consistencia en la construcción de un público, en eso es un producto de la cultura. Para el colectivo, lo que no se sabe, se lee, para el psicoanálisis se dice. El autor decide situar la democracia y el lazo social, que permiten compartir lo que no se puede decir para todos (lo universal), en la heterogeneidad entre lo colectivo y la libertad de palabra de cada uno, el inconsciente testimonia de todo eso. |
