| Summary, etc. | RésuméLorsqu’un cancer maternel est diagnostiqué au cours de la grossesse ou la première année de vie du bébé, le traumatisme de l’annonce et la collusion vie/mort modifient profondément la relation mère/professionnel et mère/bébé. Trois témoignages de jeunes femmes ont été recueillis dans le cadre d’entretiens semi-directifs pour une recherche exploratoire. Plusieurs domaines sont affectés par la violence de la rencontre entre le cancer et la parentalité : le cadre d’annonce de la maladie, la qualité de la prise en charge pluridisciplinaire, les émotions des soignants, le temps du diagnostic ou encore les interactions mère/bébé. |

| Summary, etc. | When the period of maternity is coupled with that of cancer: clinical reflectionsWhen a maternal cancer is diagnosed during pregnancy or during the baby’s first year of life, the trauma of the announcement and the life-death collusion deeply modify the relations between mother and professional and between mother and baby. Three testimonies of young women have been gathered in the framework of semi-directive interviews for an exploratory research project. Several domains are affected by the violence of the encounter between cancer and parentality: the framework of the announcement of the disease, the quality of pluridisciplinary care provided, the caretakers’ emotions, the time of the diagnosis and also the mother/baby interactions. |

| Summary, etc. | ResumenCuando se diagnostica un cáncer a la madre en el curso de un embarazo o del primer año de la vida del bebé, el traumatismo del anuncio y la colusión vida/muerte modifican profundamente la relación madre/profesional y madre/bebé. Se recogen los testimonios de tres jóvenes madres en el marco de entrevistas semi-directivas para realizar una investigación exploratoria. Varios campos se ven afectados por la violencia del encuentro entre el cáncer y el hecho de ser padres: el marco en el que se comunica el hecho a la enferma, la calidad de la acogida pluridisciplinaria, las emociones de los cuidadores, la espera del diagnóstico y las interacciones madres/bebé. |
