| Summary, etc. | L’article présente les conditions essentielles pour qu’un petit enfant se sente chez lui dans une institution et montre avec des exemples comment l’Institut Pikler (dit « Lóczy ») a réussi à les mettre en pratique, en établissant une relation intime et harmonieuse entre les enfants et les nurses qui s’occupent d’eux ; en créant un environnement et un mode de vie où ils – même les bébés – peuvent s’y retrouver. Les enfants plus grands apprenaient à connaître, surtout par des occasions organisées, toute la maison, les personnes qui y travaillent, et comprendre au fur et à mesure le fonctionnement de l’ensemble de l’Institut. Chez les enfants de 4-7 ans on pouvait trouver des signes d’identification avec les habitudes et les principes éducatifs de l’Institut. |

| Summary, etc. | This article discusses the essential conditions that must be in place in order for a small child to feel at home in an institution, and shows, with examples, how the Pikler Institute (known as “Lóczy”) succeeded in putting them in place, establishing an intimate and harmonious relation between the children and the nurses who look after them, and creating an environment and lifestyle in which its residents – even babies – know where they are. Through organized events in particular, the eldest children get to know everyone in the institution and all the staff, and gradually come to understand the entire functioning of the Institute. In children between 4 and 7 years old we find signs of identification with the habits and educational principles of the Institute. |

| Summary, etc. | Este artículo expone las principales condiciones que un niño necesita para encontrarse como en casa en una institución. Se exponen algunos ejemplos como el practicado por el Instituo Pikler (o “Lóczy”). Esta institución ha conseguido poner en práctica una relación íntima y armoniosa entre los niños y las enfermeras que se ocupan de ellos gracias a un entorno y un modo de vida en el que los niño - incluso los bebés – se encuentran bien. Poco a poco, gracias a visitas organizadas, los niños más mayores se van familiarizando con la casa y con las personas que trabajan en ella y con el funcionamiento del global del Instituto. Los niños de 4 a 7 años se van identificando con las costumbres y los principios educativos del Instituto. |
