| Summary, etc. | Cet article présente l’analyse des profils interactifs et d’attachement d’enfants présentant des maladies pédiatriques susceptibles d’induire des troubles alimentaires. Il est issu d’une recherche plus large menée au sein du service de pédopsychiatrie de l’hôpital Necker Enfants Malades intitulée PILE (Programme International sur le Langage de l’Enfant, Golse, 2006). Les résultats indiquent globalement plus de troubles alimentaires dans cette cohorte que dans la population en général. Le degré de difficultés alimentaires est en lien avec des styles interactifs moins « harmonieux », sauf pour une sous population spécifique des enfants présentant une acidémie méthylmalonique et un déficit en OTC (ornithine carbamyl transférase). |

| Summary, etc. | This article presents an analysis of the interactive and attachment profiles of children with pediatric diseases that may induce eating disorders. This research stems from a broader project within the child psychiatry department of the Necker Children’s Hospital, PILE (Programme International sur le Langage de l’Enfant, Golse 2006). Overall, the results indicate more eating disorders in this cohort than in the general population. The degree of dietary problems is associated with less “harmonious” interactive styles, except for a specific subpopulation of children with methylmalonic acidemia and OTC (ornithine carbamoyltransferase) deficiency. |
