Summary, etc. | In this article we describe the different stages in a young child’s access to language during his three-year follow-up in a day hospital. During this treatment, we used models and techniques from different schools of thought, either synchronously or successively, working out how they related to each other as the symptoms developed and our understanding of them increased. This integrative approach enabled this child to progressively acquire language skills and find a favourable outcome to his disorders. |

Summary, etc. | En este artículo describimos las diferentes etapas en el acceso al lenguaje de un niño pequeño durante su seguimiento de tres años en un hospital de día. Durante este tratamiento, utilizamos modelos y técnicas de diferentes escuelas de pensamiento, de forma sincrónica o sucesiva, elaborando cómo se relacionaban entre sí a medida que evolucionaban los síntomas del niño y mejoraba nuestra comprensión de los mismos. Este enfoque integrador permitió a este niño adquirir progresivamente habilidades lingüísticas y encontrar una salida favorable a sus trastornos. |

Summary, etc. | Dans cet article nous décrivons les différentes étapes de l’accès au langage d’un jeune enfant pendant son suivi de trois ans en hôpital de jour. Lors de cette prise en charge nous nous sommes servis, de manière synchronique ou successivement, des modèles et des techniques issus de différents courants de pensée, en travaillant leurs articulations au fil de l’évolution de la symptomatologie et de la compréhension que nous en avions. Cette approche intégrative a permis à cet enfant une entrée progressive dans le langage et une issue favorable à ces troubles. |
