| Summary, etc. | À partir d’une observation clinique, qui pose le problème d’un fonctionnement dépourvu de potentialité imaginaire, quelle place donner au corps, dans une psychothérapie en psychosomatique relationnelle ? La psychothérapie verbale, avec sa compréhension du corps et de la relation, permet l’existence personnelle du sujet. Puis la relaxation psychosomatique relationnelle, en proposant des situations corporelles personnalisées, qui suit ce qui a été verbalisé dans la relation, donne sa place au sujet ce qui supporte la représentation. La représentation enrichie par le rêve, par la suite, permet de récupérer la coupure du sujet avec ses difficultés personnelles auxquelles il n’avait pas accès, ce qui enrichit sa réflexion sur sa problématique et lui facilite l’abord de l’impasse et sa compréhension. |

| Summary, etc. | Based on a case study which raises the question of functioning without imaginary potential, what place can be given to the body in a psychotherapy in relational psychosomatic ? Verbal psychotherapy, with its comprehension of the body and the relationship, allows the personal existence of the subject. Then relational psychosomatic relaxation, offering tailored “body situations” that follows what was verbalized during the relationship, gives way to the subject which sustains the representation. The representation, then enhanced by dreams, enables him to fill the breach that kept the subject from knowing his own personal issues, which enriches the reflection on these and eases the way to dealing with the gridlock and its understanding. |
