| Summary, etc. | Résumé Depuis la fin des années quatre-vingt, des intervenants psycho-médico-sociaux et judiciaires assistent à une augmentation exponentielle des conduites à risques liées aux drogues dans les zones de précarité du bassin transfrontalier (Hainaut belge – Nord-Pas-de-Calais – Picardie). Elles relèvent d’un processus gigogne qui a des dimensions individuelles, familiales, sociales, économiques, culturelles, médicales et pénales. La question du développement des conduites à risques des jeunes et des mésusages1 de drogues nous instruit sur de multiples facettes de notre structure sociale. |
