| Summary, etc. | Résumé Cette enquête ethnographique transfrontalière (Hainaut – Nord-Pas-de-Calais – Picardie) permet de réfléchir à la prévention des conduites à risques, à l’accès aux soins et à la réduction des dommages liés aux drogues à partir de l’éclairage particulier du discours des personnes qui sont ou en ont été dépendantes. «Elle apporte une contribution à la compréhension des conduites à risques de jeunes évoluant dans des contextes sociaux marqués par la précarité. Elle nous entraîne sur les traces des parcours de galère et d’initiation qui conduisent à rencontrer les drogues au travers de processus psycho-sociaux et pénaux convergents (stigmatisation, disqualification, atteintes à l’estime de soi...). Elle nous aide à comprendre les stratégies bricolées pour trouver du sens, du plaisir et une place au sein du corps social.»1 |

| Summary, etc. | This cross-border ethnographical inquiry (Hainaut – Nord-Pas-de-Calais – Picardie) allows to think about the prevention of behaviour at risks, at the access to care and to the reducing of damages connected to drugs from the particular lighting of the speech of the persons who are or there was dependent. «It brings a contribution to the understanding of behaviour at risks of young people evolving in social contexts marked by the uncertainty. It pulls us on the tracks of the routes of bad adventure and of initiation that lead to meet drugs through convergent psychological, social and penal processes (stigmatization, disqualification, infringements on the respect of one). It helps us to understand strategies tinkered to find of the sense, the pleasure and a place within the society.»1 |
