| Summary, etc. | Résumé L’on ne peut, aujourd’hui, se passer d’une théorie psychosoma~tique (psychanalytique) des conduites addictives. D’une part parce que les addictions mettent en jeu le corps, comme les somatisations, d’autre part parce que dans chacune de ces pathologies le fonctionnement psychique se trouve être assez proche: défaut du préconscient, difficultés de représen~tation verbale des émotions, dépression essentielle, défaut de constitution des autoérotismes (psychiques). La différence majeure est, bien souvent, dans une attitude d’inhibition de la violence agressive dans les somatisa~tions (répression) alors que cette inhibition (répression) peut être levée par le recours aux comportement d’addiction. Enfin, la présence de «Patho~logie organique post-abstinence» (POPA) sera la preuve clinique de cette nécessaire théorisation psychosomatique des addicitons. |

| Summary, etc. | To day it is possible to have a psychoanalytical psychosomatic theory of addict conducts. On the one hand because addictions concern body as somatisation, on the other hand because in each of these patholo~gies the psychic working is often too poor: preconscious deficit, affect deficit or alexithymia, essential depression, deficit of auto-erotism consti~tution. The major difference is, well often, in an attitude of inhibition of agressive violence in somatisation (suppression) whereas this inhibition (suppression) can be raised by the recourse to addict behavior. Finally, the presence of «organic desease after stopping addiction behavior » (ODASA) will be the clinic proff of this necessary psychosomatic theorizing of addiction. |
