| Summary, etc. | RésuméL’attention portée sur le rapport du toxicomane à ses représen~tations mentales nous a amenés à questionner le processus de désymbolisation induit par la prise de produit. L’activité du corps pulsion~nel comme la mise en suspens de l’identification projective se trouvent ainsi évoquées. Les limites rencontrées dans la prise en charge psychothérapique d’inspiration psychanalytique de toxicomanes relevant d’un Centre Spécialisé de Soins aux Toxicomanes, nous ont conduits à utiliser l’hypnose comme technique d’appoint à un processus psychothérapique. Ce mode d’approche utilisé dans un contexte bien défini a remobilisé les processus de pensée et favorisé nettement la réinsertion sociale et professionnelle des toxicomanes. Nous pensons, après une expérience sur plusieurs années, que ce type de réponse thérapeutique constitue une alternative non exclusive à la médica~lisation excessive de la toxicomanie et de l’existence en général. |

| Summary, etc. | The careful attention about the link between the drug addict with his thought has been the begin of a question on the desymbolization process because of the drug. The instinct activity like the stop of projective identification have brought up. The limits of the psychotherapy of psychoanalytical inspiration for drug addict coming from a care Center have brought us to use hypnosis in a psychotherapy process. This technique has permited to speed up the thought process and favoured the social and professionnal reinsertion of drug addicts. We think that this technique appears like an option not exclusive to the excessive medicalization of the drug addiction and the existence. |
