| Summary, etc. | Résumé Inspiré des travaux de Grégory Bateson, le présent article expose une vision constructiviste et interactionnelle de la toxicomanie. Il introduit à une vision du monde s’appuyant sur les prémisses et postulats partagés tant par la systémique que par la cybernétique. Sur base de ces préalables épistémologiques, il explicite les contradictions de certaines positions cliniques comme l’incidence des représentations dans les ac~tions engagées. La position de l’auteur consiste ainsi à présenter la toxi~comanie comme étant la résultante d’un processus adaptatif, et donc interactionnel, dont il faut tenir compte en toute thérapeutique ou en tout processus de changement. |

| Summary, etc. | Inspired by the work of Gregory Bateson, this article shows a constructivist and interactional vision of what drug addiction is. It introduces a vision of the world relying on the premises and postulates shared as well by systemic and cybernetic. Based on this epistemological preconditions, it explains the contradiction of some clinical positions such as the incidence of representations on committed actions. The position of the author consist in presenting drug addiction as the result of an adaptive process, and so interactional, that we must considerate in all therapeutic or in every change process. |
