| Summary, etc. | RésuméDans cet article, les caractéristiques des psychothérapies psychodynamiques brèves, avec mère, père et bébé sont abordées dans leurs aspects cliniques et techniques. Si nous avons pu constater que la contribution du père est très semblable à celle de la mère au cours de la thérapie, la nature de l’équilibre conjugal paraît néanmoins déterminer une issue plus ou moins favorable au traitement. La formulation possible d’un « focus interprétatif commun » aux deux parents constitue un élément fondamental pour assurer la réussite du traitement. Parfois, la mise en évidence de certains conflits conjugaux se transforme en résistances et en obstacles au processus psychothérapeutique. L’arrivée du bébé peut induire un déséquilibre au sein du couple parental, surtout si ce dernier réveille des identifications projectives idéalisées chez ses parents. L’élaboration thérapeutique des imagos parentales de chacun des deux parents est indispensable et constitue la spécificité de cette approche brève et psychodynamique. |

| Summary, etc. | In this paper are presented the main features of mother, father, and baby brief psychotherapies, on their clinical and technical aspects. If we could determine that father’s contribution to treatment is equal to mother’s one, a well balanced couple relationship seems to be essential to assure the favorable outcome of this triadic psychotherapy. A possible formulation on the “common interpretative focus” to both parents may contribute as a fundamental element of treatment’s issue. Sometimes, some ongoing conflicts between parents, pointed out during therapy, become resistances and obstacles for a positive issue. Baby’s arrival may create an imbalance in the couple, especially when he attracts idealized projective identifications from his parents. The therapeutic elaboration of parental imagos belonging to each parent is very important and constitutes the specificity of this brief and psychodynamic approach. |
