| Summary, etc. | Résumé La consommation de cannabis et d’autres substances psychoactives par les adolescents est un phénomène avéré. Face à cette situation, il était important de développer des structures et des stratégies thérapeutiques adaptées au monde de l’adolescence. C’est ce qui est proposé au centre Émergence, une unité d’addictologie de l’adolescent et de l’adulte jeune de l’Institut mutualiste Montsouris. La prise en charge s’effectue sur trois niveaux : 1) Une équipe mobile dont l’objectif est de sensibiliser les adolescents aux problèmes des conduites addictives dans le cadre de programmes de prévention, et la formation d’intervenants jeunesses pour qu’eux-même puissent faire les premiers accueils ; 2) Une consultation spécialisée dans les conduites addictives qui travaillera avec l’adolescent sur quatre axes : les parents, l’adolescent, les relations intrafamiliales et l’environnement ; 3) Enfin, dans le cadre d’un travail bifocal, une double thérapie : l’une centrée sur la réalité externe de l’adolescent (ses possibilités, sa famille, ses pairs) et l’autre plutôt centrée sur la réalité interne (conflits inconscients). |

| Summary, etc. | Cannabis and other drug use by teenagers is a fact. To confront this problem it is important to create new care units and to develop new therapeutic strategies adapted to the world of adolescence. The Emergence centre is one such place. It is a medical unit specialising in treating addiction among teenagers and young adults located at the Institut mutualiste Montsouris in Paris. This centre is made up of three units. The first unit is a mobile team whose goal is to raise teenagers’awareness of the problems that drug addiction may cause and implement drug prevention programmes with youth workers with a view that they may provide an initial form of care. The second team works to treat teenage addiction along four lines : the parents ; the teenager ; family relationship ; and the environment. The third level is what we called the bifocal therapy. Two therapists are in charge of the teenager : one dealing with the management of the external reality (their possibilities, family and peers), the other focusing mostly the internal reality (unconscious conflicts). |
