| Summary, etc. | RésuméLes pouvoirs publics et les professionnels du soin aux usagers de drogues ont développé en France des lieux d’aide destinés aux consommateurs de cannabis et à leur entourage : depuis 1996, les « Points accueil écoute jeunes » et, depuis 2005, les « Consultations cannabis ». Cet article détaille les services de ces institutions et examine leurs avantages et leurs limites. Dévolus à la prévention des toxicomanies et des autres conduites à risques excessives chez les adolescents, les Points accueil écoute jeunes assurent une aide psychologique et un accompagnement éducatif ponctuels auprès de jeunes consommateurs de cannabis non « addictés » et de leurs parents. En complément, les Consultations cannabis proposent des soins psychothérapiques et médicaux aux jeunes fumeurs de cannabis dépendants. |

| Summary, etc. | In France, public authorities and specialists of drug addiction treatment have developed two types of care units for cannabis users and their relatives: in 1996, “Care units for young people” were launched, and in 2005, the “Cannabis counselling units”. This paper describes the services of these facilities and examines their advantages and their limits. Built to prevent drug addiction and other risky behaviours of teens, the Care units offer a psychological counselling and educational help for young cannabis users who are not addicted and for their parents. In complement, the Cannabis counselling units offer a psychotherapeutic and medical help for young smokers addicted to cannabis. |
