| Summary, etc. | RésuméLa prise en charge institutionnelle des patients dépendants place l’institution au premier plan du dispositif de soin pour en faire un espace psychique groupal. L’institution peut être considérée comme un espace contenant la dynamique psychique de tous les membres (soignants et soignés) qui la composent. À ce titre, elle est cadre et processus et devient objet d’analyse dans la mesure où viennent s’y projeter et s’y déposer des fragments de la vie psychique de tous les protagonistes. C’est dans la mesure où cette dynamique institutionnelle est prise en compte et en charge par l’équipe soignante que le patient pourra intérioriser un cadre interne, autorisant l’établissement de limites et que le traitement de la dépendance et de la dépression qui lui est sous-jacente pourra s’envisager. |

| Summary, etc. | Institutional care for dependent patients places drug treatment services at the frontline of the care system and turns them into groupal psychic spaces. A drug treatment service can be viewed as a space housing the psychic dynamics of all its members, medical people and patients. In this perspective, the drug treatment service is at the same time a frame and a process subjected to analysis insofar as pieces of the psychic life of all protagonists are projected and deposited in it. When these community dynamics are taken into account and acted upon by the drug treatment team, the patient can interiorise an internal framework that allows the establishment of limits. Then the treatment of the dependency, and of the underlying depression, can be foreseen. |
