| Summary, etc. | RésuméA partir d’une vignette clinique, l’article propose une réflexion quant à la compréhension de ce qui sous-tend des actes de transgression sexuelle à l’adolescence, au sein de la fratrie. Il apparaît que des éléments spécifiques tant dans le comportement, le discours qu’au niveau de l’inconscient se retrouvent dans le chef des adolescents qui agressent sexuellement.Ainsi, le clivage du Moi semble être à l’œuvre et renvoie à des éléments de la lignée de la dépression et de la lignée de la perversion.Par ailleurs, nous tentons également de montrer le processus rigoureux de prise en charge qui englobe l’évaluation puis le traitement. Différents formats de rencontres de parole sont nécessaires pour répondre aux multiples interrogations que suscite le passage à l’acte. Et la complémentarité des références comportemento-behavioristes, systémiques et psychodynamiques y apporte une lecture « grand angle ».Tout au long du travail clinique pluridisciplinaire, nous nous efforçons de conserver une préoccupation éthique à l’égard du jeune en pleine mouvance développementale et de son entourage. |

| Summary, etc. | In this article a clinical vignette lays grounds for thought on what underlies adolescent sexual transgression among siblings. Specific elements appear to exist as much in behaviour and language as at a subconscious level in the mind of the adolescent sexual transgressor. Splitting of the ego seems to be at work along the lines of depression and perversion.Furthermore we expose the rigorous setting which surrounds evaluation and treatment. A variety of parole groups are necessary to respond to the numerous questions that arise when such acts occur. Complementary references to behaviorist, systemic and psychodynamic influences provide a wide scope for understanding. All through the pluridisciplinary clinical approach our concern is to maintain an ethical conscience towards the adolescent’s strong developmental mobility and towards his family. |
