Summary, etc. | RésuméConfrontée aux résultats de très nombreuses recherches, la pratique de la psychothérapie fait face à une réelle remise en question paradigmatique. Alors que son efficacité est clairement démontrée, celle-ci se produit cependant pour d’autres raisons que celles avancées par les théories des très nombreux modèles de psychothérapie. Partant du constat qu’en matière de thérapie les théories s’éclipsent devant la complexité de la pratique ou du savoir en action, le présent article propose d’ajuster les cursus officiels de formation à la psychothérapie et à la relation thérapeutique, en introduisant un cursus propédeutique consacré aux fondements anthropologiques de la pratique de la thérapie, en valorisant la pratique de la cothérapie didactique, de l’intervision (savoir-faire) et de la supervision (éthique) et, enfin, en proposant que soit systématisé le développement des habiletés pédagogiques des formateurs. |

Summary, etc. | Confronted with numerous studies, psychotherapeutic practice is faced with real paradigmatic questions. While its effectiveness is clearly demonstrated, it occurs however for reasons other than those advanced by very many models presented in theories of psychotherapy. Once established that on matters concerning psychotherapy theories vanish in the make of the complexities of practice or knowledge in action, this article seeks to adjust the official cursus in the training of psychotherapy and in the psychotherapeutic relation. It suggests introducing a propaedeutic cursus based on anthropological foundations of psychotherapy, by putting the accent on the value of practice, of didactic co-therapy, of intervision (know-how) and supervision (ethics). Lastly, it proposes to develop educational skills by means of more systematic programs for trainers. |
