| Summary, etc. | RésuméCette étude vise à objectiver des observations cliniques concernant l’impact d’un groupe psychothérapeutique sur l’évolution de ses participants. Plus précisément, il s’agit d’un groupe qui traite de l’éducation affective et sexuelle et qui s’adresse à des personnes présentant une déficience intellectuelle et des troubles associés de la santé psychique. Les publications, les recherches et les outils d’évaluation en français restant limités, il nous semble d’autant plus important de donner une visibilité à ce type d’expériences cliniques qui ont lieu dans le domaine de la déficience intellectuelle. Les questionnaires adaptés à cette prise en charge spécifique, ainsi que les résultats obtenus sont discutés dans cet article. |

| Summary, etc. | The aim of this work is to demonstrate the clinical impact of a therapy group for people having intellectual deficiencies (ID) associated with other psychiatric disorders. The central themes of this therapy focuses on participants’ difficulties in affective, relational and sexual fields. The authors believe that it is of utmost importance to report this kind of positive clinical experiences with a therapy group, all the more so as clinical tools, research work and publications in french remain few in this field. In this paper, we present adapted clinical tools and discuss the results of this research. |
