| Summary, etc. | RésuméEn cette période difficile, durant laquelle nous devons composer avec une véritable injonction à la rapidité et à l’efficacité dans nos soins, le risque est grand d’adopter une forme de réductionnisme qui nous pousse à quantifier et à effacer le symptôme psychiatrique au plus vite, au risque de ne plus en saisir toute la complexité. Le récit clinique présenté ici est une réflexion sur l’articulation possible des outils psychanalytiques d’investigation et de diagnostic à des traitements psychiatriques, et notamment sur l’usage des phénomènes transférentiels et contre-transférentiels dans une équipe multidisciplinaire. Une articulation qui peut nous permettre de restituer toute sa singularité au symptôme en psychiatrie et de mieux comprendre les liens subtils qu’il peut entretenir avec le passé. |

| Summary, etc. | In these difficult times, when rapidity and efficiency is demanded of us in medical care, there is a great risk of adopting a reductionist attitude, which leads us to quantify and delete the psychiatric symptom as quickly as possible at the risk of not grasping all its complexity. This case report allows us thought for possible links that psychoanalytical tools (for investigation and diagnosis) would have with psychiatric treatment, notably the use of transference and counter-transference in a multidisciplinary team. A link that can allow us to restore to the psychiatric symptom all its singularity and understand better its subtle ties to the past. |
