| Summary, etc. | Il s’agit de souligner dans un premier temps l’importance des enjeux psychiques mis en œuvre dans la dépendance alcoolique chez la femme et notamment le rapport au féminin et à la féminité qui vient convoquer chacune dans sa relation à l’objet maternel. Nous soulignerons ensuite les remaniements psychiques pendant la grossesse de la femme enceinte en difficulté avec l’alcool afin d’appréhender la dimension de la parentalité dans cette période sensible de la périnatalité chez la femme alcoolodépendante. Le passé chaotique et douloureux de ces femmes alcooliques invite à développer le travail en réseau pour soutenir ces mères et réduire les risques menaçant leur enfant. |

| Summary, etc. | First, we highlight the importance of the psychological issues at play for women struggling with alcohol dependence, including the relationship to the feminine and femininity which leads every woman back to her relationship to the maternal object. Then we explore the psychological changes that occur throughout the pregnancy of an expectant mother with alcohol difficulties in order to understand the dimension of parenthood in this sensitive perinatal period for alcohol-dependent women. The chaotic and painful past of these women struggling with alcohol use leads us to develop a network approach to help these mothers and to lower the risk to their children. |
