| Summary, etc. | RésuméCe texte rend compte d’une expérience de psychothérapeute auprès d’enfants autistes, sourds ou aveugles, au sein d’un hôpital de jour. Il relate les premiers temps de cette rencontre, période pendant laquelle le corps de la thérapeute ou celui des enfants occupait la scène. Il décrit la double nécessité dans laquelle la thérapeute s’est trouvée de travailler à partir des corps, pour élaborer son contre-transfert et retrouver une individualité dans ou après la « symbiose thérapeutique » (Searles, 1979) ), ou pour assurer une position de porte-parole, en parlant les réactions somatiques et émotionnelles des enfants (Aulagnier, 1975). Ce texte décrit une trajectoire, qui va d’un fort sentiment d’envahissement par les corps à une relation plus parlée et pensée. Dans une perspective psychodynamique et phénoménologique, il rend compte des repères et des appuis qui ont permis ce cheminement et des étapes qui en ont marqué le déroulement, contribuant ainsi à la constitution du cadre thérapeutique. Prendre soin de soi a représenté l’un de ces appuis, nécessaire pour préserver les enveloppes psychiques et la capacité contenante de l’analyste. |

| Summary, etc. | This text reports the experience of a psychotherapist working with deaf or blind autistic children in a day care unit. It focuses on the beginning of their meeting, when the therapist’s and the children’s bodies seem to be in the foreground. It describes how the therapist is driven by the necessity to rely on physical communication, to elaborate counter-transference. While promoting the ability to express verbally emotions and physical reactions (Aulagnier, 1975) – these children were not able to express by themselves – the therapist seeks to differenciate from children so as to restore individuality within or after the therapeutic symbiosis (Searles, 1979). This text reflects a therapeutic path that begins with a strong feeling of being invaded by the bodily relation and moves towards a more meaningful and thinkable relation mediated, at least in part, by language. It outlines landmarks and supports that affect the progression of therapy. Taking care of herself has been one of these supports, as a necessity to preserve the therapist’s psychic envelope and containing capacity. |
