| Summary, etc. | Puisque l’intensité émotionnelle est au cœur des processus addictifs, le développement d’un système de régulation autonome chez l’usager représente un enjeu majeur en addictologie. Au travers de deux cas cliniques, nous questionnerons en ce sens les apports de la thérapie Lifespan Integration au moment de l’entrée en soins. Nous verrons ainsi qu’en soutenant une connexion corporelle sécurisante, elle permet la mise au travail psychique du matériel émotionnel et favorise donc le développement des compétences associées. Dans ce processus, le thérapeute joue le rôle de corégulateur d’une exposition émotionnelle qu’il suscite et accompagne en séance, avant d’encourager la restauration des relations précoces carencées grâce à la sécurité du lien qu’il coconstruit avec le patient. Enfin, nous conclurons sur les bénéfices de ces perspectives concernant l’engagement thérapeutique et la motivation au changement des conduites addictives. |

| Summary, etc. | Since emotional intensity is at the heart of addictive processes, the development of self-regulated system in patients represents a key priority in addictology. Based on two clinical cases, we will evaluate the benefit of Lifespan Integration therapy at the start of a treatment. Thus, we will demonstrate that a reassuring physical connection leads to psychological stimulation of the emotional material and encourages the development of associated skills. In this process, therapists act as co-regulators of an emotional exposure that they trigger and guide in sessions, before encouraging the restoration of deficient early relationships, thanks to the safety provided by the bond they co-construct with patients. Finally, we will conclude by examining the benefits of these approaches in terms of therapeutic commitment and the motivation to change addictive behaviors. |
