| Summary, etc. | RésuméNotre recherche vise à explorer l’évolution psychothérapique de patientes boulimiques dans une perspective psychanalytique au moyen du Rorschach pratiqué avant et après thérapie. L’étude a porté sur 26 cas de boulimie pris en charge sur un mode multifocal, comprenant notamment une thérapie d’orientation psychanalytique. Le retest a été effectué au moins un an après le début du traitement.Des troubles narcissiques et objectaux peuvent être repérés chez les boulimiques à partir d’indices du Rorschach inspirés de la littérature concernant leur évolution avec la thérapie.Les résultats montrent que ces indices progressent d’une façon variable. L’analyse des protocoles au cas par cas, selon le fonctionnement psychique de chaque sujet, nous est apparue plus féconde. Plusieurs types d’évolution psychothérapique ont été repérés : les changements vont dans le sens d’un accroissement de la subjectivation, dans le sens d’une stratégie plus adaptative ou d’une meilleure différenciation par rapport à l’objet. |

| Summary, etc. | Our study aims to investigate the psychotherapy evolution of bulimic women from the psychoanalytical viewpoint by means of the Rorschach practised before and after therapy. The study focused on 20 bulimia cases in a context of a multi-focal care, which included in particular a psychoanalytically oriented psychotherapy. The retest was carried out at least one year after the beginning of the treatment.Narcissistic and object disorders can be located in bulimic Rorschach protocols from indices inspired by the literature concerning the evolution of Rorschach with the therapy.The results show that these factors progress in a variable way. The case-by-case analysis of the protocols, depending on the psychic functioning of each subject, appeared to be more fertile. Several types of psychotherapy evolution were located : changes go in the direction of increasing subjectivation, more adaptive strategy or better self-object differenciation. |
